Peace Village Post Occupancy Evaluation Report
As part of the ongoing effort to improve and iterate our village model, SquareOne periodically conducts post-occupancy Evaluations to help inform the planning of future villages. Following the completion of Peace Village Co-op in December 2023, the SquareOne team engaged residents approximately six months after occupancy to gather direct resident feedback.
This evaluation included an in-person resident meeting and online survey to supplement qualitative discussion feedback with quantitative data. Residents shared their thoughts on areas for improvement in the physical housing, common house, and site design, while also providing feedback on how they value co-op living. The feedback was gathered into a report that highlights key learnings from the direct experiences of members, which you can find at the link below:
