SquareOne Villages is organized as a Community Land Trust. This means that our bylaws restrict the sale of land used for affordable housing, and one-third of our board seats are reserved for residents that live on our land. The other seats are open to public members committed to our mission of creating democratic communities with homes that are permanently affordable and environmentally sustainable.
